This is a full-time opportunity on a steady afternoon shift, Monday - Friday, 12PM - 8:30PM. Payrate $18.50- $19.00 $200 Sign-On Bonus The Production Technician Associate will report directly to the Production Supervisor and is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support production operations and ensure smooth equipment functionality. Key Responsibilities: Monitor equipment performance and make necessary setup adjustments, calibrations, and alignments Track and log production equipment data and performance metrics Identify and report inconsistencies, and follow standard repair procedures as needed Maintain compliance with all safety guidelines and operational procedures Assist with other duties as assigned to support the production team Skills and Experience: Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Comfortable following a production report and working with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward safety and efficiency Click Apply Now for immediate consideration for this Production Technician Associate position in Keeseville, NY.
