SALARY : $18.00 per hour, anything over 40 hours is paid at $27.00 per hour. No benefits until converted into a full time position at the end of 1000 working hours and completion of certifications. SHIFT: 12.25 hour shifts (5:45am-6:00pm and 5:45pm-6:00am) Rotate day and night shift every six weeks. 3 days on and 3 days off. Full calendar schedule provided on first day of employment. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : Effectively and safely perform rework duties Perform industrial cleaning of production lines, production work areas, or other parts of facility to maintain standards Perform quality control checks Operate industrial equipment to load, unload, and/or transport pallets Assume supplemental responsibilities or tasks as assigned JOB QUALIFICATIONS : High School Diploma or GED Required Must be at least 18 years of age Must be able to work in varying temperatures and climates Production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills The ability to work effectively in a team environment with people of varying skills and backgrounds Must be able to continuously stand, bend, and twist.
