Location: Pittsfield, MADescription: The Judge Group is currently seeking LPNs for one of its top clients in the Pittsfield, MA area. This would be working in one of the urgent cares in the area.* Type: Contract (3+ months)* Shift Start/End Time: 7:45 am-8:15 pm (or till the last patient leaves)* Dress Code: Navy Blue ScrubsJob Duties:* Assists the practitioner with examinations, procedures, and other duties. Responsible for screening and accurate detailed clinical intake of patients and updating medical records. * Complete detailed and comprehensive data collection upon clinical intake, including appropriate evaluation of chief complaint, medication Hx, PMH, allergies, social Hx, etc. * Assist the provider with calling patients and informing them of normal lab and imaging results reviewed by the provider. * Oversee and coordinate the daily patient care flow, assisting and participating in all aspects of patient care for all patients within the center. * Other duties as assigned such as new models of care and new types of procedures, etc.Qualifications & Requirements:* Must be a graduate of an accredited school for Licensed Practical or Vocational Nursing.
