EMPLOYMENT
If you are interested in working in a manufacturing facility to learn a new trade working with large scale, modern, rotogravure printing presses, please read on! We offer on the job training. Our goal is to hire dedicated, responsible individuals who are looking for a potential career at Interprint. Must be 18 years old to apply. Minimum GED required.

There are many exciting things happening at Interprint that has allowed us the opportunity to post new positions in our manufacturing facility. First, our rate for this position has INCREASED! Second, our schedules have changed to support a better work/life balance. We now offer 8 HOUR FIXED SHIFTS for Print Technicians/Press Operators! Details on both are explained below. At Interprint we look towards the future and consider ourselves an innovative, progressive manufacturing facility. We recently built a one of a kind film machine for $12.5 million. With this new press, we anticipate opportunity and future growth in this unique trade!

HOURS
Currently hiring for 11:00pm - 7:00am Monday - Friday, last shift ending Saturday morning. Overtime as needed.

PRINT TECH/OPERATOR WAGE SCALE (Including $1.50 shift differential upon hire)
Print Tech I: $20.50
Print Tech II: $21.50

Continued rate increases as you learn the skills necessary to become a Printer! Printer rates start at $24.50 which includes shift differential. Ask for details!

JOB DUTIES
Prepare and maintain rotogravure printing presses for production: set up and assist the Printer with press operation, maintain job materials inventories and provide a clean work area. Learn and understand color development techniques. Mastery of these duties is required for promotion to Printer.

Requirements:
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Demonstrates a good attitude toward work and arrives on time for start of shift.
Follows instructions and demonstrates strong attention to detail.
Communicates well with others.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Ability to lift 40 or more pounds.
PREFERRED
Mechanical aptitude.
Completion of vocational training in machine shop.
Previous work experience in same or similar field.
