EMPLOYMENTIf you are interested in working in a manufacturing facility to learn a new trade working with large scale, modern, rotogravure printing presses, please read on! Must be 18 years old to apply.HOURSCurrently hiring for 11:00pm - 7:00am Monday - Friday, last shift ending Saturday morning. Overtime as needed.PRINT TECH/OPERATOR WAGE SCALE (Including $1.50 shift differential)Print Tech I: $20.50Print Tech II: $21.50Continued rate increases as you learn the skills necessary to become a Printer! Printer rates start at $24.50 which includes shift differential. Ask for details!JOB DUTIESPrepare and maintain rotogravure printing presses for production: set up and assist the Printer with press operation, maintain job materials inventories and provide a clean work area. Learn and understand color development techniques. Mastery of these duties is required for promotion to Printer.REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIESDemonstrates a good attitude toward work and arrives on time for start of shift.Follows instructions and demonstrates strong attention to detail.Communicates well with others.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to lift 40 or more pounds.PREFERREDMechanical aptitude.Completion of vocational training in machine shop.Previous work experience in same or similar field.ABOUT USInterprint, Inc. is a designer and printer of decor paper used as the design layer in laminate surfaces such as countertops, flooring, furniture, store fixtures and a host of other applications.
