Job Description:
Join a dedicated team of Registered Nurses (RNs) providing
compassionate home health care.
Requires current Colorado RN license and active nursing license in
good standing.
Offers competitive weekly pay ($46,800-----"$91,520/year), based on
experience and hours worked, with full-time and part-time
options.
Includes sign-on and referral bonuses, flexible schedules, and
benefits after 30 days (PTO, 401K, medical, dental, vision, and
more).
Provides paid training, CEUs, electronic charting, 1:1 caseload,
and career development.
Responsibilities involve treating patients of all ages,
administering treatments, documenting care, and educating
families.
Preferred candidates have recent clinical or home health
experience, attention to detail, effective communication, and
strong time management.
