Cumberland Farms, affectionately known as 'Cumby's', is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead our retail operations at one of our bustling locations. This role is pivotal in maintaining the high standards and innovative services that Cumby's is renowned for. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring optimal performance, customer satisfaction, and team management. Your leadership will directly influence the store’s profitability, customer service standards, and team morale. Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Manage budgeting, sales forecasts, and P&L statements to achieve financial objectives. Hire, train, and develop store staff, fostering an environment of teamwork and continuous improvement. Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve any customer issues with promptness and courtesy. Implement marketing and sales plans to increase footfall and profitability. Maintain inventory levels and order stock to ensure a seamless customer experience. Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the store at all times. Strong leadership and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in retail management software Budget management and financial acumen Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certification in Retail Management (Preferred) First Aid and CPR certifications (Preferred)
