Job Description:
Lane Enterprises, Inc., a leader in the engineering and
manufacturing of corrugated metal and plastic drainage products, is
looking for a dynamic Territory Sales Representative to join our
dedicated sales team. This role is pivotal in supporting
infrastructure projects such as roadways, airports, and water
management systems by driving sales and expanding our market
presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and
growing sales within a designated territory, ensuring our
innovative products reach the engineers, contractors, and state
agencies that depend on our high-quality solutions. Develop and
execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand
customer base in the assigned territory Build and maintain strong,
long-lasting customer relationships with new and existing clients
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products
through proposals and presentations Negotiate contracts and close
agreements to maximize profits Coordinate with cross-functional
teams, including customer service and product development, to
improve the overall customer experience Monitor market trends and
competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management using key
sales metrics Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan
to close Excellent negotiation and communication skills Strong
ability to articulate product specifications and USPs Proficient in
CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Capability to work
independently and navigate complex sales cycles Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification
in Sales Management (CSM), preferred Professional certification in
related industry products or services is a plus
