coordinating with estimating teams to deliver accurate proposals
and outstanding customer experiences. As a Commercial Fencing Sales
Representative, you will identify new opportunities, maintain
active client accounts, and ensure projects move smoothly from lead
generation to signed contract. This role offers a combination of
base salary and commission, along with long-term growth
opportunities within a supportive, team-oriented environment. Key
Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with
commercial customers, contractors, and project stakeholders in
Albany, NY Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for
residential and commercial fencing projects Support estimating
teams by providing project information, pricing data, and scope
review Conduct site visits as needed to evaluate project
requirements and prepare accurate proposals Follow up on leads,
bids, and active opportunities to drive contract awards Collaborate
with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and client
satisfaction Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client
interactions, and project details Requirements Experience in
construction sales, fencing sales, or B2B sales roles Strong
communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities

simultaneously Comfortable reviewing pricing, proposals, and

$75,000 annually, plus commission and performance-based incentives
