Job Description Part-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Trauma Recovery Practice at The Rowan Center Stamford, Connecticut Up to 20 hours per week, with growth potential Compensation: $60 per session administrative rate (to be determined) About the Trauma Recovery Practice The Trauma Recovery Practice at The Rowan Center provides high-quality, trauma-informed outpatient therapy to adults (18) impacted by sexual violence, abuse, and other traumatic experiences. Our clinicians work in a collaborative, mission-driven environment grounded in clinical excellence, compassion, and meaningful community impact. This is a setting for clinicians who are committed to doing deep, thoughtful trauma work while contributing to a broader mission of prevention, response, and healing. Position Overview This is a part time, in-office clinical role based in Stamford, Connecticut, offering up to 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to expand hours over time based on clinician interest and client demand. We are seeking a licensed clinician with a strong foundation in trauma-informed care and at least three years of post-licensure experience working with adult clients. Advanced training in EMDR, DBT, or other evidence-based trauma modalities is strongly preferred.
