Job Description:

looking for an energetic, people-centered leader to oversee a home
for 12 individuals who rely on compassionate, hands-on support.
Every day in this home is full of personality and connection -

shower, FaceTiming with family members, or lighting up when you
take them out for their favorite outing in the community. If you

You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field
(with one year of experience supporting the ID/DD population) or 4
years of experience supporting people with ID/DD Minimum 2 years in
a supervisory role (IRA experience preferred) Familiarity with
OPWDD regulations Valid NYS driver's license Strong communication,
organization, and team-building skills What to Expect Full-time,
primarily Monday-Friday days Participation in on-call rotation
Occasional evenings, overnights and weekends as needed What We
