Job Description Job Description Now Hiring: Repair Technician Shift: 1st Shift Job Description This position is focused on repair technicians who are responsible for electronic repairs, returns management, reverse logistics, and digital customer care. Responsibilities Repair mobile devices and other small electronics. Perform hand soldering on various SMT components. Follow documents and procedures accurately. Communicate effectively both in writing and verbally. Maintain a proactive approach to prioritize tasks and work independently. Stay busy and meet production quotas daily while working alone at booths with co-workers nearby. Essential Skills Experience in mobile device repair is beneficial but not essential. Proficient hand soldering skills. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to follow detailed procedures and documentation. Strong computer skills and attention to detail. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Albany, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
