Job Description:
Headway, a pioneering leader in mental health services, is
looking for a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to enhance our mission

insurance. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial
role in providing expert psychological services, integrating
evidence-based practices with a compassionate approach tailored to
individual patient needs. This is an exceptional opportunity for a

patients. Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic
evaluations to determine the mental health status and needs of
individuals. Develop and implement treatment plans based on
clinical experience and the latest research in the field of
psychology. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including
psychologists, psychiatrists, and other health professionals to
provide comprehensive mental health services. Maintain thorough and
confidential records of patient interactions, treatments, and
progress. Provide psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches
tailored to the needs of individual patients. Advocate for the
mental health needs of patients and contribute to community
education on various psychological issues. Regularly review and
update treatment approaches considering advancements in the field
and specific patient outcomes. Strong diagnostic and evaluation
skills with the ability to implement diverse therapeutic
interventions effectively. Proficient in contemporary psychological
therapies such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness practices. Excellent
verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining
complex issues in understandable terms. Commitment to patient
confidentiality and ethical medical practices. Ability to work
collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment. Medical
Insurance Valid state licensure as a Clinical Psychologist. Board
certified by the American Board of Professional Psychology
(optional but preferred). Training certificates in specialized
therapies and interventions.
