Job Description:
Our client, a leading organization in logistics and quality
management, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics
Assistant to join their team. As a Logistics Assistant, you will be
an integral part of the Quality Assurance department, supporting
the team in maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and
operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong
organizational skills, proactive communication, and a commitment to
continuous improvement, aligning successfully with the company's
mission to uphold excellence in every aspect of their operations.
Job Title: Logistics Assistant Location: Malta, NY Pay Range: $20
Shift: 7am - 7pm, Sunday through Tuesday, Every Other Wednesday
What's the Job? Coordinate safety and quality functions within the
warehouse environment. Support documentation and follow-up on
internal audits, corrective actions, and quality management
systems. Update visual aids, process instructions, and quality
procedures to ensure compliance and clarity. Participate in
continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.
Perform plant tours to identify and address any non-compliance
activities, maintaining a clean and organized workspace. What's
Needed? Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to
work collaboratively with team members and management. Attention to
detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Willingness to
support various operational tasks and projects. No prior experience
